What time can I check in?

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. If you plan to arrive earlier, let us know your estimated time of arrival and we will do our best to have your room ready. If it is not ready yet, we can store your luggage while you enjoy the common areas or take a walk through the centre of Begur.

What happens if I arrive after 9:00 pm?

No problem. If you arrive after reception hours, we will provide you with an access code to enter the hotel easily, along with the necessary instructions to find your room. The main entrance works with a code, which you will receive or be given during check-in.

What time is check-out?

Check-out must be completed before 12:00 noon on the last day of your stay. If you wish, we will be happy to store your luggage so you can continue enjoying your day in complete comfort.

What are the reception opening hours?

Reception is available from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. During these hours, we will be happy to help you with any questions about your stay, recommendations in Begur, bookings or plans in the area. For emergencies, the hotel also has a contact phone number.

What are the house opening hours?

The common areas are open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. On the ground floor, you will find the reception, lounge, courtyard, greenhouse, Bar / Honesty Bar and Virginia’s Room. On the upper floor, there is a terrace with sofas and sun loungers to relax and soak up the sun.

Is breakfast included?

Yes. Breakfast is complimentary and included in your stay. It is served from 8:30 am to 10:30 am and you can enjoy it in the greenhouse, on the patio or, if you prefer, in your room.

What is breakfast like at La Bionda?

Breakfast is à la carte, personalised and cooked fresh to order. It is designed to be enjoyed calmly and to reduce food waste. It includes fresh local produce, sourdough bread, extra virgin olive oil, Greek-style natural yoghurt, homemade granola, farm eggs, seasonal fruit, cold cuts from Ca la Rossa, speciality coffee, teas, infusions, water and freshly squeezed natural juices.

Does the hotel have parking?

Yes, parking is available on request. We offer the possibility of booking parking near the hotel. The spaces are covered and the price depends on the season. As the hotel is located in the historic centre of Begur, we recommend booking your space in advance.

Is La Bionda an adults-only hotel?

Yes. La Bionda is an adults-only hotel and the minimum age to stay is 16. Due to the intimate character of the hotel, there are no connecting rooms or extra beds.

Are pets allowed?

As a general rule, pets are not allowed in order to ensure the comfort of all guests. In some cases, we may consider exceptions, so we recommend contacting us in advance before making your booking.

What does each room include?

All rooms include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, Smart TV, Marshall Bluetooth speaker, minibar with local products, safe, electric kettle, hairdryer, Zenology bathroom amenities, slippers and bathrobes, and a basket with beach towel. Each room is different and has its own personality, inspired by a remarkable woman.

How often are towels changed?

To minimise environmental impact, towels are changed every two days. If you need them changed sooner, simply leave them on the floor and we will take care of it.

Can you help us organise plans during our stay?

Yes. We can help you organise plans in Begur and in the Empordà: boat trips, bike rides, restaurant bookings, tailor-made routes, in-room massages or facial treatments at Virginia’s Room by Repòs. We can also help you plan your entire stay if you would like to fully switch off.

What can you do near La Bionda?

La Bionda is located in the historic centre of Begur, surrounded by restaurants, shops, local businesses and cultural activities. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you can visit the Sant Ramon Viewpoint or Begur Castle. By car, the coves of Sa Riera, Sa Tuna, Aiguafreda, Platja Fonda and Aiguablava are approximately 8–12 minutes away.
